OVERVIEW

Each year, San Antonio hosts the largest march in the nation honoring the legacy of the late Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. As we honor Dr. King’s legacy, we celebrate the individuals who, together with the organizers of San Antonio’s march, helped create positive change in our world. Rotary celebrates the tenets of peace and unity that form the spirit of the March and hope you'll join us for a memorable event.

Buses depart from Montana Street, P Lots 21, 22 and 23, located along Montanan Street and the intersections of S. Gevers and S. Mittman streets. Meet us at St. Philip's College on the West Side of Parking Lot 1 (first row closest to Gevers Street) for breakfast tacos and gather together at 8:30AM. Buses load at 9AM.

Here's a Google Map link to our meeting spot: https://maps.app.goo.gl/JFPrdof2BdrPJZjk8

This event is completely open for anyone to attend, and anyone is welcome to march with our club. Please indicate your interest by signing up so that we may get an accurate count and bring adequate breakfast goodies with coffee!

The gentleman to the right of Dr. King in this photo is the great uncle of our very own VP-Community Service, Leticia Salazar. The late Reverend R.W. Norsworthy was an integral part of the 1960's Civil Rights Movement. We celebrate his contributions alongside the organizers of San Antonio’s march and the lasting impact of those who helped shape positive change.
