Trish DeBerry is President and CEO of Centro San Antonio, where she brings a deep commitment to the city she has called home her entire life. A native San Antonian and graduate of Trinity University, Trish has spent more than 25 years leading campaigns and initiatives that have shaped the growth and vitality of downtown San Antonio.

Before joining Centro as President and CEO, Trish founded and led two full-service marketing and communications firms headquartered in downtown, guiding them for two decades. During that time, she remained closely involved with Centro, serving twice as board chair and helping lead the organization’s evolution from The Downtown Alliance to Centro San Antonio.

Known for her strategic perspective and collaborative leadership style, Trish is often described as a visionary who brings big ideas to complex challenges, always with an eye toward long-term impact and community benefit. She is passionate about ensuring a strong, inclusive future for downtown San Antonio.

Outside of work, Trish is an avid cyclist who enjoys the discipline and focus of spin training. She is also a proud mother to her two children, Scott and Maddie, who inspire her energy, purpose, and dedication both personally and professionally.
