Hope Andrade is a successful entrepreneur and respected business leader who has made a lasting impact on the San Antonio community for more than three decades. She has successfully launched and led three highly regarded and profitable companies that provided both medical and non-medical home care, capitalizing on the growth of the home care industry.

Most recently, Hope joined the investor group that purchased the local San Antonio Missions Baseball Club and currently serves on the board of Designated Bidders, LLC.

Belinda Román, Ph.D., is Associate Professor of Economics at St. Mary’s University. Before joining St. Mary’s, Dr. Román served as Professor of Economics for Palo Alto College in San Antonio.

Dr. Román is the Chief Economist of the Latina-owned Román Economics, LLC, an economic consulting firm based in San Antonio, Texas, where she has completed or contributed to economic impact studies for local government, and regional public and nonprofit organizations including the Ready to Work for Alamo Workforce Solutions, the City of San Antonio for budget and tax forecasting, assessing COVID’s impact on the local economy, and the small business ecosystem analysis in 2017.  She most recently completed an economic impact analysis for the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo, is working to complete a study for the Alamo Colleges District, and is finalizing a study for the City of McAllen on the impact of Mexican national cross-border shoppers.

Jeff Webster assumed the role of President and CEO on December 1, 2023, and has demonstrated remarkable initiative, leadership and vision for The Greater San Antonio Chamber. With a robust background in both the private and public sectors, he brings a wealth of expertise in economic development and public policy to his position. Webster’s impressive career spans over 35 years in the business world, showcasing his commitment to growth and prosperity for our region, making him the ideal candidate to lead the Greater Chamber and its initiatives.

Webster’s combination of professional experience, leadership skills, and community involvement positions him as a key figure in promoting economic development and fostering a thriving business environment in our region.
